That is to say not a diet at all. I got lazy and just wanted to do whatever for a while, even after I was making progress with my previous efforts. Currently I'm losing weight probably half muscle though. Like you said it's half psychological. BTW, what do you guys mean when you say "squares"?Jonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06060300110272178728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5141022388560653061.post-62590033060372869192010-10-10T20:22:24.186-07:002010-10-10T20:22:24.186-07:00Well said Paul. I think the main part I like about this is just to limit your eating to good quality foods and everything else pretty much takes care of itself.Paul Carterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15352715396075897963noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5141022388560653061.post-67081823796769674452010-10-10T12:46:54.827-07:002010-10-10T12:46:54.827-07:00I'm down with all of those except the 5-8 meal...I'm down with all of those except the 5-8 meals a day. Whenever I've tried that, it seems I'm spending all day either stuffing my face or preparing for meal # whatever. Suddenly, eat to live turns into live to eat. It might be a great idea, but I'll stick w/3 squares and some extra chow/shakes around training time.biglifterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07144235288757334023noreply@blogger.com
