Clearly you found your sweet-spot, the incline bench press. In that case---since you know how your body reacts---forget what I said about spending more time overhead training. Stick with the inclines, Paul. Everybody coud learn a lesson from this, no matter how simple it is. It doesn't go up all th...My overhead is weird. It doesn't go up all that much if I train it. If my incline goes up, the overhead goes up. If my incline goes up, my bench does as well. He doesn't lift...He's not doing that much. He doesn't lift it off by himself, I help him. You don't ask your spotter to do all the work. You lift and guide the weight as well. You don't just let him lift it for you.
