Then the bench, once you feel like you're confident with the pull. There's no reason to rush these things. <br /><br />I'd also suggest just sticking with weights you can hit week in and week out. I did program very low on the squat but I upped the weight and just focus on being explosove , plus box jumps in between each set has helped tremendously.
