Philosophy of Training Programs
These two programs contain my philosophies for training for mass and strength. In it are the principles and ideas I have based my own training on. This includes dieting, training, intensity techniques, strength peaking, routines I have used to gain mass and strength, and a lot of bullshit and stuff.
It's a no frills, no BS manual based on tried and true principles that have worked for a very average genetically gifted lifter. This is not pity party bullshit, and it's not overly complicated (although I have a feeling it could get that way).
So whether you are training for a raw meet or just want to get as big as possible, these programs and philosophies will work for you. I don't overload with information here, I drive home the shit I know that will work.
