Wide Grip Bench - 275 x 15

Incline - 225 x 10

Side Laterals - 25's x 10, 30's x 10, 35's x 10, 40's x 10

Overhead Tricep Extensions - up to 80 x 10

Notes  Good, solid session.  All the benches were easy and fast.  I'm right on pace.
