Front Squats - beltless

Leg Ext - 5 sets of 30
Leg Curl - 4 sets of 20
Standing Calf - 3 sets of 20
Adductor - 2 sets of 12

Sick as hell.  Have some kind of chest/sinus bullshit going on.  Haven't been sick in forever either so this really sucks.  Could have taken the week off but I'm too stupid for that.
