    Have you ever used sumo deads as an assistance exercise? I've had some pretty good results using sumo pulls in the 6-10 rep range as assistance work.

  2. There are many reasons why the dead lift is one of the best total body exercises to perform but the best is simply because you will GROW!!! look these up
