Maximum Muscle Mass book in the works

Sorry I haven't been posting much.

Christian Thibs and I are working on a new book, called "Maximum Muscle Mass".

This will be the most in-depth and most complete work I've done yet.  We've already got four chapters done with over 20,000 words and we haven't even scratched the surface of everything we're going to cover.

We intend to leave no stone unturned in this and will be a must have book for anyone looking to get jacked, lose fat, and gain more muscle.

  1. i just bought the base building book. I really enjoyed it. I have already started to put some of your training techniques, to good use in my bodybuilding routine. I will for sure buy this new book.

    1. I'm 217 at the moment. Heaviest in shape weight was 228, heaviest was 252 and normal "in-shape weigth" isbetween 214 and 217... due to health reasons everytime I get in the 220s I start to feel bad.

We had a misunderstanding a few years back (that I wasn't even aware of to be honest) and patched things up more than a year ago.

    2. I think the funniest part was when we patched things up, you didn't even remember the argument. LOL

  4. Please just don't start plugging BioTest products in your articles, lol. "Base Building now better and 12345% more effective when used in conjuction with PLASMA!"
