Freddie wins!

I can honestly say, this is one of the biggest moments of my lifting life.

I don't really know what to write, which is unusual for me. But my elation is so great, I am at a loss for words.

I started working with Freddie a little more than six months ago. He and I both knew what he needed to bring up in order to be competitive and win. So I poured out all the knowledge I had into his training, and he put everything he had into that training.

Yesterday, Freddie won the Dallas Europa and became a champion.

But Freddie isn't just a client. We've formed a very close friendship, and he's one of the few people I keep within my close circle.

I am unbelievably proud of him as my friend, more than as a "client".

I grew up on bodybuilding, and I never thought there would be a day that I would be part of helping to make someone a champion in bodybuilding. So in a lot of ways, this is just as much a dream come true for me.
