1000 rep arm workout

I did the 1000 rep arm workout that Matt Kroc laid out in T-Nation.  I did a little video of some of it.  Lasted about 2 hours.



  1. Are you going to do this every 2 or 3 weeks now to see if you notice a difference or is this just a one time thing?

  2. Damn Paul, you be looking like white CT Fletcher banging out all those fucking curls and shit. In order to make your arm training slightly more optimal tough, I'd recommend you dropping a few f-bombs here and there throughout your sets. You gotta command those bitches to grow in order to keep the gains coming at advanced levels of swolleness.

  3. Paul, did you say you went from 250 to 290lbs this year? Thats fantastic, was basebuilding the core of your training? How does a guy do that? You're a monster, for sure.
