My article at T-Nation on agonist/antagonist training



  1. Implemented this, this morning, on my overhead press day. I have to say I enjoyed it and I noticed it kept me more focused moving from set to set; thus, wasting less time.

    This looks like a solid program, & I'm going to start it tomorrow! With me being a head baseball coach for a high school team, this allows me to still get some quality training in & not have to worry about being in the gym for hours. I do have one questions though. What is the progression plan for adding weight to the bar?
