Notes - After yesterday's training version of "two girls one cup" I went back in today and had a nice little training session.

    1. Generally yes. Sometimes twice, sometimes four. All depends on what I feel like I need to work on.

  2. I used to do the Meadows Rows a lot, but I have never seen the shrugs. I cannot seem to find them online. Can you elaborate or provide a link?
