    Unrelated question that I couldn't find the answer to this site (or in SLL):

    Your approach for warming-up to train (lifting and running)? Light cardio, then stretch (static, dynamic etc).

    1. LOL I will get in trouble for this but I generally just go in and start warming up with the bar on whatever movement I will do first. :)
