I thought you were anti-deload?
I'm not anti deload I'm just not keen on every three week deloads.
Awesome article Paul, I can remember being stuck at 275 for 3 sets of 5 on the squat for the longest time. I was so stubborn and refused to change my set and rep scheme because that was what got me that far but it wasn't until I started doing sets of 3 that my squat started moving again. Pretty similar situation with the bench
