Training

Squats high bar no belt no wraps - 135 x 10, 225 x 10, 315 x 10, 365 x 10

1 legged Calf - body x 3 sets of 15

Hills - 5 hills with 20 minutes steady state.

Nice little session.  Ran the 5 hills hard.  Things are getting better.
