Training - Deadlift

Light Squats - 135,225,315 all 1 set of 5

Deadlifts -
225 x 3
315 x 3
425 x 5
475 x 3
535 x 5

Shrugs - 315 x 25,25,25

Notes - Feeling just kinda "meh" tonight.  Was wanting 535x8 but don't think it was in the cards so I just cut it out at 5.
