Training - Squats and pulls

Notes - Another really good one.  Felt something pop in my tricep on the last set of pulls but don't think it's anything serious.  I gotta switch my carbs back around to the night BEFORE training.

The pause squats were a PR, and well, quite fucking easy.

  1. That is awesome how you still keep hitting PR's....makes us younger guys(I'm 25) look forward to progression over the next decades. I hate how even people in their 30's think it's too late to start lifting....it's never too late.

  2. How you squat in those shorts amazes me. I have to wear cutoff army fatigues with the reinforced double lined ass or ill rip my shorts right up the ass crack. Happened twice in a week with Target cargo shorts.
