Training and Conditioning

Light Day -

Ass Machine #1 - stack x 30 reps

Squats - 135 x 5, 225 x 5, 315 x 5 sets of 5

Incline Press - 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 10 x 10

Low Cable Row/Wide Grip Lat Pulldown superset - light 3 sets of 20 reps on each

Conditioning - 12 sprints around the track

Wasted after this.
