High Bar GM's - 135 x 10, 185 x 10,10,10

Db Curls/Overhead Extensions - 5 sets of 12-20

  1. So I was eating some pasta and decided to check in here, to see what you were up to... and nearly spit it all over my laptop laughing after reading your work on the "#2 ass machine". Please find something more dignified to call it... maybe "glute machine" or "back-side blaster" or something. Anyhow, keep up the good work.

  2. Well they have a #1 ass machine and a #2 ass machine. I need to be specific about which one I'm using....
