Training - Press

This was my training last night.

Weight - 236

Incline Press -

135 x 10,5
185 x 5
225 x 4
275 x 3
315 x 7
225 x 15

Seated Db Press - 100's x 10

Db Curls and Calf Raises - 4 sets of each

Notes - Really solid session.  Just taking it easy right now on these days since I am training more often and still doing a lot of conditioning.
