notes - Weather sucks here today.  Very humid, so my elbows and arms were killing me.  Still, just missed a god damn PR with 315 but I won't count it because the spotter touched it.

  1. I hate that shit. I always give people a briefing before I get them to spot me. "Do not touch the damn bar unless I tell you I need it or I am being crushed" I also try to get the same dude as much as possible although I know this isn't always an option. There is no option for me now because I work out in my garage. Its kind of funny because if a guy is around that knows how you like to be spotted he will sometimes tell the other dude"Let me get it because he's particular about spotting"
