Good to see you PR while I bang my head against the wall doing Bill Starr's intermediate 5x5 with little progression. I gotta gain weight!
I did just have the worst session of my life last week.
Your only as good as your last performance.
You're getting pretty close to your "What constitutes strong?" flat bench standards on the incline. Good work, and thanks for putting all this information out there.
Not to far off. I think I'm close on most of them now actually.
Paul this is the second time you have had the worst session in your life then hit a pr the next week so that leaves me with two ?s, what are you doing after the bad session in regards to diet, recovery, exercise and stress management leading up to this workout? And my last ? Can you give your thoughts on this site http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/most_recent/westside_wisdom with this bs again so people won't be mis lead, one of your followers is already leading the charge on the live spill at least your opinion here.
I skipped a workout in between that horrible session and last night. I knew I needed more rest this past weekend so I ended up NOT doing my assistance work. I'm going to address that t-nation article in a blog post. lulz
