  3. Paul this is the second time you have had the worst session in your life then hit a pr the next week so that leaves me with two ?s, what are you doing after the bad session in regards to diet, recovery, exercise and stress management leading up to this workout?

    And my last ? Can you give your thoughts on this site

    1. I skipped a workout in between that horrible session and last night. I knew I needed more rest this past weekend so I ended up NOT doing my assistance work.

      I'm going to address that t-nation article in a blog post. lulz
