  1. I seen you FB post about deadlifting and how if you DL too light you don't gain anything and if you DL too heavy you don't gain anything. This kind of got me thinking... I'm running Madcows 5x5 intermediate routine and basically after 4 week I reach max top set of 5 on bench, incline, DL, and squat. Am I overtraining if I'm going that heavy on all that every workout week after week?
