Training - Squats

Hip and Ass Machine - 2 x 50 with stack

Squats no belt/no wraps -

135 x 10
225 x 5
315 x 5
405 x 3
455 x 1
500 x 1

Notes - That was it.  To say I felt like ass tonight would be like saying Batman and Joker don't always see eye to eye.  Oh well.  It happens.


  1. I feel your pain. Had a good run up on squats lately, but it went the path of the deadlift and fell off sharply. Lost 3-4 reps at a weight I was putting up a few weeks back. Lifting made a lot more sense before I started getting some experience.

  2. It's still the same shit. Don't fret it too much. I never do anymore. Remember, 80% of your workouts are just run of the mill ones, 10% are awesome, and 10% suck. This was just a 10% suckage one. No biggie.
