Training - Bench

Tit Machine - 2 sets
Pushdowns - 2 sets
Db Curls - 1 set 50's x 20

Notes - Solid session.  The speed on the 405 singles were unreal.  Like an empty bar.  However my left pec minor is feeling tight so I will probably only work up to 425 over the next two weeks to make sure my injury free streak stays intact.  The 365 x 5 wasn't close to failure.  I was probably good for 8 there.


  1. If the 405 felt like an empty bar, are you at all concerned that you're peaking too early?

    Stay health, crush it at the meet!

  2. Nah. At this weight 405 usually feels like an empty bar as my usual max at this bodyweight is around 435 or so. Right now I'm def in the 450 range. I only have 1 more heavy workout left, then a light one, then the week of the meet. So I think I may have timed it perfectly.
