Training - Press and Row

Bodyweight - 240  bad eating over the weekend

Incline Press -
bar x 40
135 x 12
185 x 5
225 x 4
275 x 3
315 x 2
365 x 3
315 x 9
225 x 12

Cable Rows -
stack x 20, 15, 12, 10

Machine Curls - 2 sets

Notes - Tied two PR's with 365 x 3 and 315 x 9 on incline.  Going to take 405 for a ride in two weeks I think.
