Hey, Paul. I'm in my 2nd week of strength phase of Ultimate Beastdom. I THINK everything is going well, but obviously won't know until I start to get into weeks 4 or 5 and am working near my previous max. I just have a minor question about the neck work. I've never really done direct neck work, and my gym has a 4-way machine. It seems like extensions would have more carryover to things like the pull and squat, more than front or side flexion would help anything. Not a big deal probably, but does that sound about right?
I don't think that neck work is going to have much "carryover" to the squat or dead, just do neck work to look badass.
