  2. In regards to bodyweight - are you still doing carb back-loading?

And what's with all those leg extensions? I thought you were a "low volume guy." haha

    1. I am doing backloading kind of. I am following a lot of what John Meadows preaches and he basically does a back load using good foods. This is what I prefer better.

    2. With the backloading, try the following recipe if you're trying to keep it clean:

Boil some sweet potatoes and then whip them in a blender with:

      Coconut Oil
      Cinnamon
      Kerrygold Butter
Dextrose (or whatever sugar your prefer)

  3. Question on upper body strength-- If you were to pick one exercise to build pressing strength through the chest (as opposed to overhead) with absolutely no chance of shoulder problems at any point, would it be the floor press? I know you're not a big fan of stuff like that but it's about the only thing I could come up with for somebody who only cares about their overhead press but would rather not ignore their chest completely.

    1. Def not the floor press. I like the floor press but it's hard on even my shoulders.

Do dips and pushups if you just don't want to completely ignore chest work.

    2. Alright cool thanks.

Which push-up program should I do? (Just kidding)
