  1. Do you ever do your rows dead stop style, ala Pendlay rows?

  2. Awesome. In a world of weaksauce keyboard warriors, "toners", "I don't wanna get too muscular" types along with an infinite amount of excuse-makers, it's great to read and follow the advice of someone who walks the walk. I love your no bullshit attitude. Oh, and your program layouts are delivering big time results. Thanks for doing what you do.

  3. Paul,
What's your opinion on barbell rows vs Kroc Rows?
    Thanks
I've just finished reading Strength Life Legacy. Loved it!

    1. I know everyone else loves db rows but I'm not a huge fan. I just never feel them as much as I think I should for some reason.

I just don't like em, but I still do em sometimes.

  4. I like dumbbell rows better as I feel I get a better range of motion. I don't like Kroc rows cuz I don't like the 20+ rep sets for that exercise.I like to keep it 8-12 range...but that's just me.

I like barbell rows cuz I can get it done twice as fast as db rows cuz I'm using both limbs at the same time. And I also like getting 20-25 rep sets with very strict form.

I think both have their advantages and place in a routine.
