Notes - Felt a little below the weather but glad to be done with training for the meet.  Some light stuff the rest of the week.

  1. Speaking of deads, would you change anything in your big 15 for a sumo guy? Or just stick to the same leg curls, rdl, and sldl? The blown discs in my back dont apreciate manly conventional pulls so I cant do conv stiff lrgs anymore.
