Training - Deadlift

Weight - 242 pounds

Warm up - glute bridges

Deadlifts -

135 x 10
225 x 5
315 x 3

415 x 15 singles @ 60 seconds between singles

Stiff Legs - 315 x 5 x 5

T-bar rows -
3 plates x 10
4 plates x 10

V-Bar Chins -
body x 10 x 8

Db Shrugs - 110's x 20

Notes - Brutally hard session.  Will try to keep this up for about 3 or 4 weeks then taper the assistance work off.
