Last Two Small Workouts

Thursday -
db curls - 40's x 5sets of 15
rope pushdowns - 5 sets of 15

Friday -
upright rows - 115x5sets of 15
bent laterals - 30's x 5 sets of 15


  1. Exercise selection wise for these days, does it matter which you choose? I remember Jamie saying he picks stuff that can still make him bust a sweat and get some volume in but don't load his spine. Would that be your criteria as well?

    1. I'm trying to stick to the movements that center around the "what constitutes strong" standards.
