Notes - First day of IF dieting.  Felt fine.  More on this in the podcast today........

Seems like the nazi form police have been showing up regarding my videos so I'm sure they will fap hard to this..........

    Also, any form tips? They feel sketchy on my shoulders.

    1. What do you mean by sketchy? How does up row make em feel?

    2. Too heavy on my side delts despite good range of motion wich, as the set progresses, makes my rotators burn. I hold the barbell out a bit in front of me though. Kinda the same distance (away from the body) as a barbell bicep curl.

    3. The bar should be CLOSE in to your body. Like right up against it.
