  1. thats crazy that I opened up the blog to see this post! I also feel like complete shit with the flu, and I had planned to go to the gym tonight after work, but I just cant do it...I figured I'd take the night off in hopes that I'll feel better tomorrow. You are way more hardcore than me bro!

    1. I'm def not hardcore. I was supposed to do this last night, but I literally fell asleep sitting up in the bed for 3 hours. So I'm trying to work this thing out of my system, so to speak, and see if it improves.

  3. I've always felt it was better to just rest when sick with more than just a cold. Maybe just some light work just to get a decent sweat going. Do you just get in there and do some work in attempt to recover from the illness faster? I would assume taxing your body like that when sick would only prolong your recovery? I guess I have to harden the fuck up next time I get sick and power through it, thanx for making me feel like a pussy. Hope you get better soon.
