Training - Deadlift

Squats -
225 x 3 sets of 5

Deadlifts -
225 x 8
315 x 5
385 x 3
455 x 3
505 x 3

Notes - Just getting the reps in tonight.  My adductor still hurts pretty bad.  So it will probably be another couple of weeks before I can go all out again.
