With this type of injury, do you modify your stance at all (narrower), or just lower the weight and up the reps? If you were near a competition, what would you do differently?thnx
Well this particular injury is kind of perplexing. I felt great, squatting was going good and it just went. It just happens sometimes. Wouldn't have done anything differently in that regard. If I was near a comp I'd be doing the same thing I am now. Trying to rehab it as fast as possible.
