Training - Squatting

Squats - 5 sets of 10 with 225.

Still just rehabbing the adductor.


  1. With this type of injury, do you modify your stance at all (narrower), or just lower the weight and up the reps?

    If you were near a competition, what would you do differently?


  2. Well this particular injury is kind of perplexing. I felt great, squatting was going good and it just went. It just happens sometimes. Wouldn't have done anything differently in that regard.

    If I was near a comp I'd be doing the same thing I am now. Trying to rehab it as fast as possible.
