Training - Deadlift and back

hip and ass machine is broken.  WTF?

leg curls, good girl and bad girl, calf press

Deads - no belt no pussy ass straps
135 x 20
225 x 5
315 x 4
405 x 3
500 x 2

550 x 5

Stiff legs off block - 455 x 8

Cybex Rows - 4 sets.

Notes - Felt like shit.  Super sluggish and tired.  Neck is hurting as well.  Need some more deep tissue work done.
