notes - just for fun. I am thinking I will take the rest of the week off, then go balls out for pretty much the next 6 weeks and then do some testing. I am about to bump the eating up as well, so I expect to be pushing 260 by the time the 6 weeks are up. Watch for a little bit of dirty eating in there now as well.
Just bought your program(s)? because I am impressed with a lot of what you are preaching in your blog. I have been playing with PI and starting out strong in my workouts for about a month, and really like it so far. Thanks for all the info, am anxious to dig into your e-book.

Paul, have you read about the routine called BossHog routine? thats the real name. it's a 3 day a week push/pull workout with heavy rest pausing. similar to DC but the goal with bosshog is 20 reps broken into 4 mini sets with 60 sec b/w sets..if you hit 20 reps, up the weight next workout, get under 20, stick with that weight...interesting workoutReplyDelete
