squats - no belt no wraps
Popped my calf on the last set at 455. It took me forever to get going on this workout. I'm positive what happened here. I started taking sudafed yesterday because of the drainage I have so I'm sure I'm a little dehydrated. I will see how it feels the next few days.
I am going to have to back off of my squat poundage and lower my expectations for this meet, squat wise. My leg is still achy and I am now going to make an appt to get a cortisone shot in it.
