  1. 315x10 looked solid.

Quick question, is your rack screwed to the ground?

  2. Paul, how are the high rep dumbbell curls compared to barbell curls?

    1. Bullshit, its "about the same".

      Math---A pair of 20lb dbs are 40lbs. A barbell--45.
Barbell wise--you've knocked off 200, but usually 100.
      Dumbbell wise--70 reps.

But in your defense, you did say its "about".

I'm just messing with you, man. That's good stuff. And i do agree, it is about the same. :-)

I used a pair of 25lbers, got 75 reps and my hands were cramping/spazzing like an ant crawling through cocaine powder. But the experience was killer.

What was your highest on the incline again? 315 for 15? You gunning for it again---but still, that was solid.

    1. 15 inches on the bench. I like floor presses but not a lot. They fuck up my shoulder even worse than bench.
