    1. It's called a quality food list. This one shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

    2. Yeah i know what you mean. It's just that, since i try to get a lot of protein i eat meat eggs and drink milk daily and i think its OK, my parents think THE CHOLESTEROL! YOU'LL DIE! and as i continue to find stuff online to read, i discover that more and more people rely on protein powder and thinks like beans to get protein.

    3. Don't listen to your parents for dieting advice unless they're fucking strong and lean. In fact, don't even bother with anyone's advice unless they are.

And if they are strong and lean, think about the advice but don't take it as god's word. Educate yourself and experiment.

  2. Pretty damn awesome vid, thanks a lot for that! I assume that the quality food list is the one that you write about in the "eat" chapter of your book and on here..?

  6. Hey Paul, really liked the video, I like the calendar idea and I may try that out.

About a one year, one month ago I started lifting and trying to get my diet under control to stop being a fat, weak slob. Now I'm a little bit stronger, and I've dropped from about 225 to 190 lbs. I was stuck at 190 for what felt like forever, but I finally broke through it. The reason I've had shitty progress is probably because my willpower is weak (getting better, slowly, but still shit), and I have a tendency to cheat more than I should. I don't really seem to have much of a problem eating well during the week, but the weekends fuck me over. A lot of times, I feel like it happens because I go out with friends, family, whatever; in these situations my willpower is terrible. It doesn't help with the fact that I'm 17, and most of the people I spend my time with are genetically gifted enough to get away with eating shit, or they just don't care.

I realize that this is on me and I won't break my plateau until I ball-up and decide to stop sucking, but I was wondering if you had any tips for resisting eating when everyone around you is, or just tips for dealing with cheating in general?

    Thanks.

    1. The weekend is hard for everyone. I fuck up most weekends too because it's easy. A job and life tend to keep you "normal" through the week and on track. But the weekend comes and you get more lax.

What I have found is to just prepare meals for the weekend. This tends to keep you on inline. If you go out, make good decisions. And DONT DRINK.

    2. Stop having friends and start banging prostitutes. Social eating problem solved!

  7. This is probably my favorite accountability hack in awhile. I've seen remnants similar to this.. like create a chain of sticky notes and don't break the chain! Or mark an X on calendar days you do well.

However, I like yours the best mainly because I like the green/red sticker. Meaning no matter what I mark the calendar. Habits in place and if I suck I know it due to the quality food list.

Saverous, I agree with Paul.. Drinking will destroy you! My willpower lost to shitty pizza this weekend because of alcohol.
