  2. This is my current focus. Last week I finally pushed 205 strict over head. Haven't done that in over a year. All of your advice on pressing technique and frequency has been nothing short of snortable gold!

I hope to press as soundly as you do eventually. While I'm focusing on top end strength with 3s & 5s how would you propose bringing up the repetition strength?

I can do 5x3 with 155 easy enough, back offs of 3x10+ usually fall out after the first set..

    1. Then go with 3's and 5's. Play to your strength.

  4. Hey Paul,

Any word on the BBM project? Are you still training 3 days per week? I see that you alternate between flat bench, incline, and BTN for your pressing days, unless you're posting them on days that you don't actually train.

    1. work on it has been slow but steady. My rotation is what it is because I am on the zenith program in the book. Why do you think I've been hitting so many PR's? My ideas are things I use and find productive. Not just things that sound good on paper.

    2. For what it's worth, your ideas look good on paper, too.
