Deadlifts from floor - 405 x 1,1,1  500 x 1,1,1  Just testing speed
Hammer Shrugs - 8 plates x 10,10
Low Cable Rows - 5 sets of 15
Db Curls - 40's x 5 sets of 15

Notes - Felt like shit.  Sucked nuts.
