Training - Legs - Light

Bodyweight - 241 WTF?

Front Squats -
135 x 10,5
225 x 5
275 x 3
315 x 3
365 x 5

Leg Ext - 5 sets of 20
Good Girl Machine - 4 sets of 20
1 legged squats - 2 sets of 20
Calf Press - 4 sets of 20

Notes - REALLY solid 80%.  I felt like shit but had a good one, if that makes any sense.


  1. you have a very motivational blog. although I am not as strong and as big as you, i am hardworking and determined.
    I have been training for 2 years but I have just realized how to train "correctly" recently. Here is my blog and if you have time to check it out, please give me some advices.

    My goal is to achieve a 45" running vertical leap.


  2. you know, most of the best lifts i ever made were made when i had very little sleep and felt like crap. i haveno idea how it works, and i certainly don't try to stay tired and miserable, but i never try to judge a training day based on how i feel before i lift.

  3. Yup. In fact the last year or longer I think I've had some of my best training days when I felt like shit walking into the gym.
