Training - Light Back and Biceps

Bodyweight - 239

Good Mornings -
135 x 10
225 x 6 sets of 5

Hammer Shrugs -
3 plates per side x 30,20,20,15,15

Chins - 5 x 5 bodyweight only

Some Curl Machine - 4 sets of 20

Notes - Got 2 hours of sleep last night.  Had to help a buddy out for a while.  Tried to get a nap but no dice.  So I went in and got it done anyway.  An 80%er but barely.

    you should work out more so you can post more often :D my morning routine now consist of turning on the coffee machine,get the newspaper AND pretend to listen to my girlfriend while reading your blog. Before i came over this blog I actually had no choice but to listen, Thank You!

    lately i have tried to find ways to mix things up in my workout and noticed that many BB choose to start with barbell rows before chins/ pull ups,is it kinda like a pre-exhaustion for for the lats before doing the main lfit-chins / pull-ups?
    tried it out before?

    It's fine to do rows first then chins or vice versa. It really all depends on what you're trying to pour more energy into.
