What are your thoughts on cycling Chest Dips in your Big-15 mass program? I am a power bodybuilding with no plans to compete just want to be big, strong and in good condition year round.

Not really just never been much of a bench press fan always preferred dips as my main chest exercise, but would not have a problem with Incline Press and doing both. Also if I do such would bodyweight have to included with poundage for figuring weights out from the excel sheet?Delete
