Felt like shit.  Total -10% session.  Think I strained my right front delt a bit too.

Incline - 225x20

Upright Rows - 95 x 5 sets of 12

    What are your thoughts on cycling Chest Dips in your Big-15 mass program? I am a power bodybuilding with no plans to compete just want to be big, strong and in good condition year round.

    2. Not really just never been much of a bench press fan always preferred dips as my main chest exercise, but would not have a problem with Incline Press and doing both. Also if I do such would bodyweight have to included with poundage for figuring weights out from the excel sheet?

    3. I'd go incline and dips. that's always been a fave combination of mine.
