Training and podcast with Capt. Kirk

That's it.  Awful.  Tired as hell.  

I am scheduled to do a podcast with Capt. Kirk tomorrow night.  Pretty fucking excited as Kirk has been my fave powerlifter for a long time.

    1. No I'm resumed eating normal carbs again for the meantime. But I may go back to it. Getting the flu really threw everything off for me.
