Training - Heavy pulls

Bodyweight - not sure

4" block deads -
225x3,3,3
315x3
405x3
500x3
550x3

Elevated Stiff Legs - 385x5,5

Notes - That was it.  Had some stuff I had to do so didn't get the shrugs in.  The 550 triple was super fast so I feel like this is a good starting point.  I will pull it for 5 in two weeks.
