Notes - Fairly solid session.  The sets of 545 could have been sets of 8 but I programmed for 6, and strength is climbing so it's all good.

  1. We had decided I should drop deadlift to let my over trained low back heal. I've been doing weighted hypers once a week for quite some time. Would substituting them for glute ham raise be a good replacement and take stress off the low back? I don't have access to a glute ham raise machine but was going to use the leg curl station to perform them.
