Paul,My Big-15 spreadsheet has 3 pages, but only one for the cycle, the other two pages are blank. Is there something I am missing or is it ok? ThanksBTW the email is firstname.lastname@example.org
That's correct. The strong15 program has three phases for the big 3 and peaking for a meet. The big15 just has the one spreadsheet in it to program the big lifts for your mass cycle.
